These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PartyPlex website and the booking and use of PartyPlex private theatres, celebration spaces, packages, food, cakes, decorations, photography and other services. By booking or using PartyPlex services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. About PartyPlex
PartyPlex provides private theatre and celebration experiences at its locations in Hyderabad, including private theatre experiences, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, proposals, date experiences, private screenings, food and beverages, cakes, decorations, bouquets, photography and videography, and other celebration add-ons.
2. Bookings
Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking, including name, phone number, email, booking date and time, theatre, number of guests, package and add-ons. PartyPlex may contact the customer to verify booking information where necessary.
3. Age & Eligibility
The person making a booking should generally be 18 years or older. Where minors attend a celebration, they must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult where required. PartyPlex may require valid identification where necessary for booking, security or age verification.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after (1) the required payment is successfully received and (2) PartyPlex's booking system confirms the reservation. An attempted payment without a confirmed booking does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed may vary depending on the theatre, date, time, package, number of guests, add-ons, promotional offers and applicable taxes or fees. Some bookings may require an advance payment with the balance payable as agreed. The final payable amount is shown before payment wherever technically applicable.
6. Booking Time
The booking period includes any setup or check-out period communicated to the customer. Customers must vacate the theatre at the end of their allotted booking period. Late arrival does not automatically extend the booking.
7. Number of Guests
Customers must not exceed the maximum permitted capacity of the selected theatre. PartyPlex may refuse entry or require adjustment where occupancy exceeds the safe or legal capacity. Any applicable additional guest charges should be paid according to the applicable package.
8. Theatre Equipment
Customers must not disconnect equipment, move fixed equipment, tamper with projectors or speakers, modify wiring, damage screens, interfere with electrical systems or misuse furniture or equipment. Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage caused by them or their guests, subject to applicable law.
9. Damage
Customers are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligent or misuse behaviour by themselves or their guests, including damage to the projector, screen, speakers, furniture, lighting, decorations, electrical equipment, walls, fixtures and other venue property. PartyPlex will document significant damage before charging a customer. Charging is limited to reasonable actual repair or replacement costs.
10. Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances
Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption and illegal substances are prohibited inside PartyPlex premises unless specifically permitted by PartyPlex and applicable law. PartyPlex may terminate a booking immediately for serious violations.
11. Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside PartyPlex premises. Food, cakes and beverages are available through PartyPlex packages and add-ons.
12. Decorations
Customers must not bring decorations that can damage walls, ceilings, furniture, screens, electrical equipment or flooring. The following are prohibited unless PartyPlex specifically approves them: fireworks, explosives, dangerous chemicals, smoke-generating devices, excessive glitter, poppers, snow spray, cold-fire or sparkle items, materials that can damage equipment, and items prohibited by law.
13. OTT & Movie Content
PartyPlex provides the theatre, screening environment and technical facilities described with the booking. Where customers use their own OTT accounts, customers are responsible for having lawful access to the content they choose to watch. Customers must not use PartyPlex facilities to access pirated content, stream illegal content, violate applicable law, circumvent access controls or engage in unlawful activities.
14. Third-Party Platforms
PartyPlex may integrate with Google, WhatsApp, payment gateways, OTT providers, map services, analytics services and social media platforms. PartyPlex is not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by third-party platforms.
15. Food & Allergies
Food and beverage availability depends on the selected package, add-ons and location. Allergies or dietary requirements should be communicated before ordering. PartyPlex does not guarantee that a food item is completely free from an allergen unless the kitchen and process genuinely support such a guarantee.
16. Cakes & Custom Products
Customised cakes, decorations and personalised items may have specific ordering deadlines. Once customised production or procurement has begun, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
17. Photography & Videography
If photography or videography is purchased, the scope depends on the package. Delivery timelines for edited photos or videos may vary. PartyPlex uses customer photographs or videos for promotional purposes only where appropriate consent or permission has been obtained.
18. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. PartyPlex is not responsible for unattended property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
19. Customer Conduct
Customers and guests must follow staff instructions, respect venue property, maintain reasonable cleanliness, comply with capacity limits and avoid dangerous behaviour, harassment, violence and unlawful activities. PartyPlex may terminate an experience for serious misconduct.
20. Safety
PartyPlex may take reasonable steps to protect customers, staff, property and equipment. Emergency instructions must be followed at all times.
21. Cancellation & Refund
All cancellation, refund and rescheduling requests are governed by the PartyPlex Refund & Cancellation Policy.
22. Force Majeure
PartyPlex is not responsible for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control. Where appropriate, PartyPlex will attempt to reschedule or provide another reasonable remedy.
23. Website Information
PartyPlex attempts to keep website information accurate, but images may differ slightly from actual décor, and availability, packages, prices and add-ons can change. The confirmed booking details applicable at the time of purchase will govern the booking.
24. Intellectual Property
All PartyPlex logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, videos, website content, software, text and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. Customers may not reproduce or commercially exploit PartyPlex content without permission.
25. Privacy
Use of the website and PartyPlex services is also subject to the PartyPlex Privacy Policy.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PartyPlex will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party services or customer-controlled content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
27. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs arising from breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, intentional or negligent damage, misuse of PartyPlex equipment, or the conduct of their guests.
28. Changes to These Terms
PartyPlex may update these Terms. The updated version will be published on the website with the revised date. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed booking unless required by law or necessary for safety or security.
29. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and applicable law, disputes may be subject to the appropriate courts or authorities having jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
30. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
